At PDI Kitchen, Bath & Lighting, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home fixtures. If your purchase does not meet your expectations, you can return uninstalled items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Contact our customer service team or visit your local PDI showroom to initiate a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Prepare Your Package

Carefully repack your items in their original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all hardware, instructions, and protective materials are included.

Ship or Drop Off

Affix your return label and ship the package via a trackable carrier, or bring the items directly to any PDI Kitchen, Bath & Lighting location.

Inspection and Refund

Once our warehouse team inspects the items for resale condition, we will issue a refund to your original payment method, minus any applicable restocking fees.
