How long does shipping typically take for large fixtures?
Standard shipping for in-stock kitchen and bath fixtures usually takes 5-7 business days. For oversized items like bathtubs or large lighting installations, we use specialized freight carriers which may take 7-14 business days depending on your location.
What is your return policy for installed products?
To ensure safety and quality standards, we cannot accept returns on items that have already been installed. We recommend inspecting all products upon delivery and contacting us within 48 hours if you notice any defects or shipping damage.
Do you offer professional installation services?
While PDI Kitchen, Bath & Lighting provides high-quality products, we do not perform installations directly. However, we have a network of preferred, licensed contractors and plumbers we can recommend to help complete your project.
Are your lighting fixtures compatible with smart home systems?
Many of our modern lighting collections are compatible with smart dimmers and home automation systems. Please check the product specifications for 'Integrated LED' or 'Smart Capable' labels, or speak with one of our consultants for specific compatibility details.
Can I see products in person before purchasing?
